The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving qualified leads and pipeline growth through strategic demand generation initiatives. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams, the Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate awareness, engage prospects, and ultimately convert leads into customers. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand target audience personas, value propositions, and key messaging.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, events, and more.

  • Create compelling content and collateral to support demand generation initiatives, including landing pages, email templates, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales enablement materials.

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to manage campaigns, track performance, and measure ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in demand generation or digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B technology or software company.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and make data-informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

  • Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging and content.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
