How does billing work?
Billing is monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard.
What counts as a session?
A session is a single visit to your website. It includes all user actions (page views, clicks, events) during that visit.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
Once your monthly session limit is reached, data will no longer be collected until your plan renews or you upgrade to a higher plan.
Do unused sessions roll over to the next month?
No. Session limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
