Free PPTX to PDF Converter
Turn a PowerPoint deck into a PDF without uploading it anywhere. Choose a quality level, convert, and download — one PDF page per slide, at your deck's original dimensions.

PowerPoint .pptx up to 50 MB — converted in your browser, never uploaded
About the tool
Convert a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx) to PDF entirely in your browser. The deck is unpacked and each slide is drawn to a canvas, then written into a PDF at the same page size as the original slide.
Because the conversion happens locally, your presentation is never uploaded — useful for client decks, board packs, and anything else you would rather not hand to a third-party server.
Slides are rendered as images, so the PDF text is not selectable. Charts, tables, SmartArt and animations are not drawn.
This free online tool is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
How to convert PPTX to PDF
- 1
Add your presentation
Drop a .pptx file onto the upload area, or click to browse for one. Files stay on your device — nothing is sent to a server.
- 2
Pick an output quality
Standard keeps the file small for email, High suits most sharing, and Print renders at the highest resolution for handouts.
- 3
Convert and download
Select Convert to PDF. Each slide is rendered in turn and written as one PDF page at the deck’s original slide dimensions, then downloaded to your device.
Why convert a presentation to PDF?
A PDF is the safest way to share a deck you do not want edited. Fonts, spacing and layout are baked in, so the recipient sees exactly what you designed even if they do not have your typefaces installed or open the file on a phone.
PDFs are also easier to distribute: they open natively in every browser and email client, they are smaller than a media-heavy .pptx, and they are the expected format for proposals, investor updates, conference handouts and anything attached to a contract.
If you need the opposite conversion, the PDF to PPTX converter turns a PDF back into slides. And if the exported file is larger than you would like, compress the PDF before sending it. Browse every free tool on the Flowpoint tools page.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this PPTX to PDF converter free?
- Yes. The converter is completely free with no sign-up, no watermark, no page limit, and no daily conversion cap.
- Are my presentations uploaded to a server?
- No. The whole conversion runs inside your browser using JavaScript. Your presentation never leaves your device, which makes the tool safe for confidential or client decks.
- Will the PDF keep my slide size and aspect ratio?
- Yes. The PDF page size is taken from the slide size declared in the presentation, so 16:9 decks stay 16:9 and 4:3 decks stay 4:3. There is one PDF page per slide.
- Can I select or search the text in the exported PDF?
- No. Each slide is rendered as a high-resolution image, so the PDF looks identical to the slide but the text is not selectable. If you need selectable text, export to PDF from PowerPoint or Google Slides directly.
- Which PowerPoint features are supported?
- Text with its fonts, sizes, colours and alignment, images, shapes, groups, theme colours, and slide and layout backgrounds all render. Charts, tables, SmartArt, embedded video, animations and transitions are not drawn — convert those slides from PowerPoint if the deck relies on them.
- Does it work with .ppt files?
- No. Only the modern .pptx format is supported. Open an older .ppt file in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and save it as .pptx first.
- What is the maximum file size?
- Presentations up to 50 MB are accepted. Because everything runs locally, very large decks take longer on slower devices.
