Cycle 9
We’re on a roll with updates to Flows. This time around, we’ve added a new details view for step triggers and experience nodes in the Flow Builder.
Now, when you select a trigger or node, a slide-out view displays information about the selection.
For trigger nodes, you can see details about the trigger and a preview of key conversion metrics and related sessions.
For experience nodes (direct conversions, friction points, and drop off), you can see a breakdown of the visitors passing through those nodes—and unique to friction point nodes—you can see the friction that visitors encounter and the affected sessions.
We’re excited to see how you leverage the new details view! See the Improvements section to view even more Flows enhancements. Look forward to more Flows-related launches coming soon.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
We refreshed the Session Log filter menu UI. It’s now better organized and easier to navigate.
The Custom Events view in the Flow Builder is now searchable and the list of custom events is alphabetized (A-Z)
URL previews for the Page View trigger type are now clickable. This makes it easier to double-check the links you add during setup.
AI Assistant received some UI love. The chat window is now more visually appealing and we’ve improved the open/close animations.
The AI Assistant launcher now enables you to toggle between AI Assistant and the support customer support chat
Resolved an issue where the Custom Events list in the Flow Builder wasn’t scrollable
Fixed Dashboard data labels that displayed “5h60m” instead of “6h”
Fixed the Dashboard date picker. It wasn’t dismissible unless a date was selected
Truncated long Path Explorer URLs to improve readability
Fixed a Session Log date picker UI overflow problem
Fixed icon and font size for custom events displayed in the Session Log event list
Reversed the order of the event list for sessions. Now the most recent events are shown first instead of last.
Fixed a UI bug in AI Assistant that caused chat content to disappear when AI Assistant was closed and then reopened
